We are Sharon and Stephen Elsworth, residing in gorgeous Napier, on the east coast of the North Island of New Zealand/Aotearoa.
I, Sharon, am mum to two amazing, thriving daughters and I'm committed to helping build the best future I can for them. I'm also a Massage Therapist of 15 years experience and I get to see, daily, the effects of good health choices and less-than-informed choices.
Just one of the things that is on my mind in regards to my daughters' health is what products will be safe for them as they hit puberty - and beyond.
The other thing that is forefront in my mind is how my husband, with a 20-year-old lumbar disc injury, can age functionally and vitally, with as little pain as possible.
